An ACR (Auto Charging Relay) will accomplish that. I had one on my 23', have one on the 17' Whaler, will have one on the 20' SeaCraft, and have a spare here for sale. All these on two batteries.

Vent protectors

You may have to rotate and zoom but basically a picture frame that the vent would just fit in. Screws through vent then aluminum into hull. They did prevent fenders from breaking the vent.

I had my 23' for 16 years. They were filled when...

I had my 23' for 16 years. They were filled when I bought it and I replaced them after 4 years. There was a lot less condensation below deck afterwards. My front vents faced aft FWIW.
