I remember correctly it's a 1 1/8 inch hole that you'll need to mount on a 16" extension ( I used 7/16" thread rod for the one I made). You'll only need to remove about 1/8" of material...

If your at all handy and comfortable with dropping your lower unit, you can complete the installation yourself and send in the warranty card to Bay MFG yourself (comes in the box).

I have run Bay MFG extensions on two OMC, a 84 235 crossflow and a 94 150 OceanPro. I have had no issues on either motor. However, they are not cheap and at last time I checked they were 650.00...
