Have a Johnson Ocean Pro 225 ( 1998 ) with cracked lines how expensive are these to fix. Boat is a 76' Scepter 23.

Best bet would be to call your local marine parts store. The hose is sold by the foot. Assuming your fittings are all good it will be the cost of the hose. I will tell you to make sure you buy the proper hose. The steering is under pressure so just a cheep rubber hose will not work.
The last one I fixed was only rotted back at the sections by the motor. I replaced about 4' of hose for the each leg but I had a fitting there and the rest of the hose was covered so had no issue.
If you know the hose size, someone may have a better price for you.

Try contacting SeaStar customer service first. I snapped a line on my 23' Seabird a few years ago and it turns out the wrong lines were on the boat (too stiff for OB application). The service rep told me which ones were needed and pointed me in the right direction.
